TechSol360 is hiring a 𝗨𝗜/𝗨𝗫 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to craft engaging, user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

· Design visuals for websites, UI/UX, presentations, and digital marketing assets

· Use HCI principles and FigJam for ideation and design development

· Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)

· Ensure consistent branding across all design deliverables

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams

· Stay current with UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

· Designers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

· Prior experience with product-based platform design (preferred)

· Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

· High attention to detail with pixel-perfect execution

Experience Required:

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
