It is a dynamic FinTech company, and is on the lookout for a visionary and tech-savvy Group CTO to lead their technology roadmap, scale critical systems, and oversee all IT operations across the organization.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Spearhead and oversee all IT departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Design and execute a future-focused technology roadmap.

• Drive innovation across infrastructure, platforms, and product teams.

• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.

• Mentor development teams and cultivate a strong engineering culture.

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and executive leadership.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader, preferably in the FinTech or SaaS space.

• Mastery in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

• Background in agile environments with a solid grasp of DevOps and CI/CD.

• Sharp strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a passion for innovation.
