Academic Lead

Fulcrum is seeking an experienced Academic Lead on behalf of its client in the education sector. Based in Karachi, this role offers the opportunity to drive academic excellence through curriculum development, program design, quality assurance, and teacher training initiatives.

Salary Budget: Upto 160,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

✔ Lead and mentor the academic team

✔ Design and review SNC-aligned Project-Based Learning (PBL) programs

✔ Ensure academic quality across learning resources, assessments, and training materials

✔ Conduct teacher training sessions at partner schools

✔ Develop academic content, rubrics, worksheets, and instructional resources

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

✅ 3–5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher training, or academic coordination

✅ Strong understanding of SNC learning outcomes and PBL methodologies

✅ Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills

✅ Experience leading academic teams or educational projects is highly preferred
