As a Sales closure, you will be responsible for finalizing sales transactions and driving revenue growth for our company. You will successfully utilize your exceptional negotiation skills, persuasive communication abilities, and in-depth product knowledge to close deals and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities
1. Engage with prospective clients, establish rapport, and identify their needs and requirements.
2. Negotiate terms and conditions, handle objections, and address customer concerns to overcome any obstacles to closing the sale.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and develop strategies for converting prospects into customers.
4. Effectively utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
5. Conduct thorough research and stay current with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to position our products effectively.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that align with customer needs and preferences.
8. Stay informed about product updates, new releases, and industry advancements to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
9. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B International sales experience, preferably in Canada/USA region, with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
• Have good exposure to software sales, digital marketing, SEO & websites.
• Proficient in English, especially with a USA/Canadian accent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good exposure on Google Teams/zoom video meetings with corporate clients.
• Proven ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively, handling objections and resolving conflicts.
• In-depth understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, including consultative selling and relationship building.
• Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a solid drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
