Job Description

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds
  • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • Reporting to Seniors
