We’re Hiring: Accounts Officer/Cashier

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer/Cashier to join our Finance Department at Confiance Co. (Pet Mania). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable & receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account balances are accurate.
• Assist in budgeting, tracking expenditures, and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Cash Handling/Inventory closing

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Intermediate.
• Experience: Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
