Accountant - Cosmetic / Personal Care / Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to manage the company’s full accounting operations and taxation matters.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with full-cycle accounting, sales tax, withholding tax, and annual income tax filings, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate financial record keeping.

Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly sales tax and withholding tax returns (FBR/SRB).

Manage annual income tax statements, filings, and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with FBR regulations and other statutory requirements.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management.

Assist in audits and coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounting and tax documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s or CA Inter preferred).

2–5 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation.

Strong knowledge of sales tax, withholding tax, and annual income tax filings.

Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
