Ø To perform the Accounts work of the office
Responsibilities
Ø Preparation of Travelling Allowance bills, contingent bills, all other bills such as POL, Conveyance charges, stationery, printing & publication, newspaper & uniform etc.
Ø Put up above bills on relevant files to the D.D.O & Controlling Officer.
Ø Submission of all bills to Accountant General Sindh & taking steps to remove the deficiencies in the bills.
Ø Maintenance of Cash book, Contingent register, Dead stock register & other registers etc.
Ø Preparation of budget estimates, expenditure statements & other statements.
Ø Maintenance of Service Books of the Staff.
Ø Preparation of budget, final list and new schedule of expenditure.
Ø Maintenance of bank account.
Ø Give presentation of budget in front of Controlling Officer.
Do all the drafting relating to Accounts section.
