About Us:

The Circle – Caring for Children is a leading provider of rehabilitation services in Karachin. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations with integrity and profesional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary Disbursement:

Prepare monthly payroll for all staff in compliance with internal policies
Maintain salary records and ensure timely payments
Taxation & Compliance:

Handle monthly and annual tax filings (Income Tax etc.)
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with FBR regulations
Financial Documentation:

Manage receipts, payment vouchers, and daily transaction logs
Maintain up-to-date financial records for audit and reporting purposes
Reporting & Summaries:

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial summaries for management review and variance analyses.
Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks regularly
Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring budget vs. actual performance
Provide input on cost-saving opportunities and financial planning
Internal Audit:

Conduct internal financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate with external auditors when required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred)
2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sector)
Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation laws, payroll systems, and accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Understanding of financial systems
Good communication and documentation skills
