Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts & HR Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time, onsite position operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience in both accounting and human resources, with the ability to confidently manage HR operations alongside general accounting duties. This role offers the chance to work within a fast-growing recruitment firm that collaborates with over 300 employers worldwide, including global SaaS companies and startups, providing valuable exposure to international HR and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:
Manage employee onboarding activities such as laptop procurement, email ID creation, and documentation. Draft and maintain employee contracts, service agreements, and other HR-related documents. Maintain attendance records in collaboration with the Admin team to ensure accurate payroll processing. Monitor bond expirations and increment schedules, providing timely reminders to management. Coordinate monthly bonus cycles and communicate updates to employees. Handle employee OPD requests and approvals efficiently. Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, taxation, bonuses, and benefits. Issue stationery and track company assets including laptops, phones, and accessories. Liaise with vendors for procurement and onboarding of new vendors as needed. Provide basic technical troubleshooting support by coordinating with IT vendors.

Accounts:
Prepare salary sheets and KPI-based bonus sheets with accuracy. Disburse salaries through the designated portal and ensure payslips are distributed to employees. Collaborate monthly with the Accounts department to synchronize bonus updates. Manage the sale of old assets while maintaining inventory and supplies tracking. Maintain precise accounting records and ensure compliance with Pakistani tax regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of three years of professional experience in HR and accounting roles. Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
