TOR:
Data entry: Accurately inputting transactions into accounting software.
Invoice processing: Creating and sending invoices to clients, verifying accuracy of invoices against purchase orders.
Accounts receivable: Following up on outstanding invoices, managing customer payments.
Accounts payable: Processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments.
General ledger maintenance: Posting journal entries to the general ledger.
Financial reporting support: Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Filing and recordkeeping: Maintaining organized financial documents and records
Customer service: Answering client inquiries regarding billing and payments
Inventory: Tracking and managing the stocks and inventories.
Required skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
