AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd is looking for a motivated Accounts Officer to join its International Finance department at the Head Office in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience who are eager to contribute to the company’s financial processes. The successful candidate will be part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ICMA and will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and handling sales-related financial tasks to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly recording accounts receivable (AR) invoices.
- Performing sales reconciliation to ensure alignment between sales records and financial data.
- Managing bank and cash sales deposits effectively.
- Conducting bank reconciliations to verify and balance bank statements.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports that compare budgeted figures against actual results.
- Collaborating with the operations team to resolve any sales-related discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ICMA.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
