  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Regularly monitor CCTV footage from all store locations.
  • Ensure all security systems are functioning correctly and report any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of any incidents observed and report them to management.
  • Handle staff inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
  • Utilize Xero accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and budget adherence.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data analysis.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making by preparing forecasts and financial models.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and resolve any accounting issues.
  • Monitor and respond to company emails and other forms of communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Unmarried preferable
  • Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or ACCA finalist.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Timings: 4am- 1pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Saturday Timings: 4am - 8am
