We are looking for a committed Admin Executive to join our team at Port Qasim on a full-time, contract basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in administrative roles and should hold at least an intermediate level of education, with preference given to those who possess a bachelor’s degree. This position requires on-site presence and offers a 12-month contract with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs65,000 to Rs70,000. The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks to support overall office functions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments and external contacts.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation related to office activities.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of intermediate; candidates with a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
- At least two years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Ability to work on-site at the Port Qasim location.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software and administrative tools.
