We are looking for an Admin Executive – Hard FM with a strong educational background and hands-on experience in electrical work, along with solid expertise in building repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations, manage preventive maintenance, and oversee repair activities across the premises.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage Hard FM operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
  • Perform or coordinate electrical repair and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure timely preventive maintenance of all electrical and building assets.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repair work, and inventory.
  • Support the Admin Department in cost control and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • 3–5 years in Hard FM operations, with proven experience in electrical systems and building repair.
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance procedures, safety standards, and vendor management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks under minimal supervision.
