One of our client leading US Mobile Retail Outlet is looking for Admin Executive for its back office in Karachi.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Utilities Management:

  • Initiate and follow up on utility-related tasks, including calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure the completion of tasks related to utilities and permits.
  • Monitor supplies distribution to various stores and addresses, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain trackers for all utilities.

2. Vendor and Maintenance Coordination:

  • Assist in making vendor and maintenance-related calls when necessary.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to identify accommodation/travel itineraries /hotel bookings for employees.
  • Ensure efficient communication with vendors and maintenance personnel.

3. Alarm, Sign Permits, and Occupancy Permits:

  • Document information related to security alarms, sign permits, and occupancy permits.
  • Collaborate with team members to update the tracking systems.
  • Follow up on necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in an administration department.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain a professional one-on-one working relationship with all individuals.
  • Ability to respond positively to a pressurized environment and adopt a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Can manage rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
