Job Summary
Admin Officer will manage day-to-day administrative and security operations, including facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, fleet management, and coordination with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise admin and security operations
Manage housekeeping, building, and equipment maintenance
Ensure safety, security, and HSE compliance
Supervise gate control, security staff, and labor affairs
Coordinate with regulators, government, and law enforcement
Manage fleet and oversee civil work contractors
Requirements
Graduate with 3–5 years’ relevant experience
Age: 30–35 years
Industry: Food & Beverage / Pharmaceutical / Packaging
Strong communication, planning, and people management skills
IT literate (MS Excel)
