We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support across the organization. The successful candidate will manage daily office operations, handle inquiries from employees and clients, maintain office supplies, and assist with organizing company events. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently while supporting various departments to ensure smooth and effective office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to facilitate daily organizational operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries from employees and clients through various communication channels.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies by regularly checking inventory and coordinating with vendors to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, including ordering materials and arranging meeting spaces.
- Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets to support financial oversight.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to assist with payment processing, invoice management, and receipt verification.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and manage requisitions for new equipment and supplies as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BS/MS) from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in an office environment, ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and other channels.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative responsibilities.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. Candidates should be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate prior to starting work. The starting salary for this role is Rs40,000.00 per month.
