Job Title: Admission & Marketing Manager
Department: Admissions and Marketing
Reporting To: Director Digital Marketing / Vice Chancellor
Location: North Karachi
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: 75k-80k PKR per month

Job Summary:
A reputable university is looking for an Admission & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic marketing and admissions initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain students across various academic programs. This role combines data-driven enrollment strategies with innovative marketing campaigns to enhance the institution’s visibility and achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Management:
 

  • Oversee the entire admission cycle, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient applicant experience.
  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies in alignment with institutional goals.
  • Conduct and supervise counseling sessions, admission interviews, and orientation events.
  • Liaise with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings, eligibility, and admission criteria.
  • Maintain and update the admissions database, and generate reports on inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
     

Marketing & Outreach:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground) to promote university programs.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, social media, website content, brochures, prospectuses, and other marketing collateral.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, career counselors, and education consultants.
  • Organize open houses, education expos, school visits, webinars, and other promotional events.
     

Team & Vendor Management:

  • Supervise the admissions and marketing team; assign targets and evaluate performance.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, media agencies, and printers to ensure timely delivery of promotional material.
     

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead conversion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing and recruitment strategies.
     

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions and/or marketing in an academic institution.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM/admission software and digital marketing tools.
