About the Role

This is not a theoretical AI role. This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who understands:

What You’ll Own

Process Analysis & Automation Design

• Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Replace repetitive manual tasks with scalable automation systems

AI Workflow Development

Build and maintain workflows using:

Automate workflows across:

• Customer Support
• Reporting
• Operations
• HR
• Marketing

Systems Integration & API Automation

• Connect platforms using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Ensure reliable data flow across systems and platforms
• Troubleshoot automation failures and workflow errors
• Maintain scalable and reliable automation architecture

Workflow Optimization & Monitoring

• Monitor automation reliability and performance
• Improve workflows for:
• Speed
• Uptime
• Scalability
• Maintainability
• Continuously optimize automation logic based on:
• Business feedback
• Operational needs
• Workflow performance

Documentation & Operational Visibility

Maintain organized documentation for:
