Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our product engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure-based AI services, and integrating Dataverse data into intelligent applications.

You will play a key role in building scalable, production-grade AI features within our product, working closely with product managers, architects, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.

- Build and configure conversational AI agents using Copilot Studio and Azure-based alternatives.

- Integrate Dataverse data with Azure services such as Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, and data pipelines.

- Develop intelligent workflows and automations using Power Automate and custom APIs.

- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise data scenarios.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Optimize AI models and prompts for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance of AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

- Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (or similar conversational AI platforms).

Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, including:

- Azure OpenAI Service

- Azure AI Search

- Azure Functions / App Services

- Azure Data Lake / Synapse (for data integration)

- Experience working with Dataverse data in Azure environments

- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python

- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

- Strong understanding of AI concepts:

- Prompt engineering

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Embeddings and vector search

- Familiarity with authentication and security (Azure AD / Entra ID)

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Experience in product development environments (Agile, CI/CD, version control, release management)

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

- Experience building enterprise-grade copilots or chatbots

- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React) for integrating AI features into applications

- Understanding of data modeling and governance in Dataverse

- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures

- Experience with AI observability and cost optimization strategies
