We're looking for part-time Developers / IT freelancers with PHP, COBOL or ADA experience to train & tutor our AI models. You'll be a great fit if you tick the following boxes:

About The Role

Generative AI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.

Min. 3 years of experience
English language level from C1 (Advanced) and above
Rate $20-25

Selection process:

The first step of acquisition is a quick tech test.
After the test is reviewed, successful candidates will be invited for a short interview.
Those who pass both the test and interview will receive invite emails to register on Mindrift (this is our platform where experts work) and to join our Discord community.
Onboarding
Once registered experts will need first to pass an ID check.
General onboarding. It includes all the important information about the platform, tasks, balance, money withdrawal, etc.
Project onboarding. It will include tasks from the project experts are onboarded on. This onboarding usually includes guidelines overview and explanation and 1 or 2 mock up tasks.
