Key Responsibilities
Lead and support business development initiatives to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities.
Manage client servicing activities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Design, coordinate, and implement market and social research projects, from proposal to reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative research solutions tailored to client needs.
Analyze data and generate insights that address client objectives and inform strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of Brand Health Tracking (BHT) or similar continuous tracking studies
Support thought leadership and contribute to the organization’s growth through research-based contributions.
Requirements
Prior experience in a Market Research Agency (business development, client servicing, or research roles).
Experience working in the research function on the client side (preferred).
Exposure to or experience in a Social Research Agency or social sector projects will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in research tools, data analysis software, and presentation development.
Should be experience of 1-2 years in same domain.
