About the Role:
We are hiring a highly experienced Amazon E-Commerce Executive to fully manage our Amazon business operations. This includes Private Label product launches and Wholesale bulk buying, with complete responsibility for product research, sourcing, listings, advertising, and performance.
You’ll play a lead role in growing our e-commerce business across Amazon USA and UK markets. This is not a junior VA role, we are looking for someone with real-world, hands-on Amazon experience who is ready to take ownership of the entire Amazon lifecycle and directly report to the Founder.

SKILLS & EXPEREIENCE REQUIRED
- 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience (PL, Wholesale, or both)
- Deep knowledge of Seller Central, FBA logistics, listing creation, and keyword ranking
- Prior experience managing international supplier communication and negotiation
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for product analysis and reporting
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is essential
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Private Label Operations
- Conduct deep product research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and SellerAmp
- Shortlist high-demand, low-competition products with strong profit margins
- Source products from Alibaba, 1688, Made-in-China, and local suppliers
- Handle supplier outreach, price negotiation, sample coordination, and freight planning
- Manage custom branding, packaging, and product inserts
- Arrange quality control, inspections, and FBA shipments
- Create fully optimized Amazon listings (SEO titles, bullet points, A+ Content, images)
- Launch and scale products using Amazon PPC, coupons, influencer outreach, and external traffic
Wholesale (Bulk Buying)
- Open and manage accounts with authorized brand distributors and wholesalers
- Review supplier catalogs and analyze pricing using ScanUnlimited, SellerAmp SAS, and Excel
- Evaluate products for ROI, BSR trends, competition, IP risk, and Amazon compliance
- Coordinate bulk purchases, prep center instructions, and freight forwarding to Amazon FBA
- Track stock, manage reorders, and monitor Buy Box performance
Amazon Account Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central day-to-day
- Maintain account health, performance metrics, and resolve alerts or violations
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, sales trends, and keyword ranking
- Troubleshoot ASIN issues, customer complaints, policy warnings, and listing suppressions
- Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support and escalate when needed
Supplier & Customer Communication
- Professionally handle supplier negotiations via Alibaba chat, WhatsApp, WeChat, and email
- Resolve delays, quality issues, and shipment terms with overseas vendors
- Respond to customer messages and reviews on Amazon in a timely and professional manner
- Use excellent English writing and communication skills for dispute resolution or clarifications
Strategy & Reporting
- Work directly with the Founder to plan product launches, cash flow, inventory forecast, and brand expansion
- Prepare weekly performance reports covering sales, ROI, ad spend, inventory status, and profit margins
- Provide insights for new opportunities, discontinued SKUs, or optimization areas
