Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Assistant to join our team onsite in Karachi (Nipa). This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 35,000 to 50,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will support the management of multiple Amazon accounts by working closely with PPC, Listing, and Account Management teams. This collaboration aims to ensure smooth daily operations and foster growth across various Amazon marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and update product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to enhance product visibility. Monitor inventory levels and track order status to guarantee timely fulfillment and avoid stockouts. Assist with basic PPC tasks such as keyword research and campaign monitoring to support advertising efforts. Track account performance metrics regularly and prepare detailed weekly reports to inform strategy adjustments. Manage case log follow-ups and coordinate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues promptly. Conduct competitor and keyword research as needed to optimize listings and improve campaign performance.

Required Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform is essential for managing account activities efficiently. A good command of English, both written and verbal, is required to communicate clearly within the team and with external contacts. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is necessary for data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment are critical for success. Previous experience working with Amazon accounts is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
