Job Purpose:

The Oracle Application Specialist is responsible for providing functional support for Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing), ensuring smooth system operations, resolving user issues, supporting system enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Manufacturing (MFG).
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and analyze ERP reports to support business operations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth system functionality.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation, system testing, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users during testing and go-live activities.
• Provide end-user training and functional support on Oracle ERP processes.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
• Assist with master data management and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve functional and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle ERP, preferably in Oracle Financials, SCM, or Manufacturing (MFG) modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP business processes and workflows.
• Experience in troubleshooting ERP functional issues and supporting end users.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database concepts.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation and business process optimization.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
