Architect (Interior Designer)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd., a prominent name in the amusement industry, is looking for a skilled Architect (Interior Designer) to join its Design Department at the head office in Karachi. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree and have 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the amusement sector. This full-time role is based in DHA Phase 8 and offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 100,000 and 120,000. The position involves developing creative interior design solutions that align with the company’s vision and meet client expectations, contributing to innovative and engaging amusement environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Prepare detailed space plans, layout drawings, and elevations to clearly illustrate spatial arrangements and design elements.
- Select and source suitable materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that complement the design concept and fulfill client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on color schemes, lighting, and material choices to enhance both the functionality and ambiance of interior spaces.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of interior design projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry developments to offer innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, engineers, and other team members to integrate interior design seamlessly with the overall project vision.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the amusement industry.
