Architect - Interior Fit-Out / Renovation Works

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced Architect to lead our ongoing interior fit-out, renovation, and uplifting works at high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in all major architectural software, capable of handling site supervision, coordination with consultants, and delivering quality-driven design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site architectural and interior works including layout execution, space planning, and material coordination.
• Prepare, review, and implement architectural and construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth progress, approvals, and timely execution of the project.
• Provide technical support and direction to site teams and subcontractors.
• Manage documentation such as progress reports, shop drawings, and approval sheets.
• Ensure strict compliance with architectural standards, project specifications, and health & safety regulations.
• Attend design coordination meetings with consultants and represent the company’s technical interest in design discussions and approvals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial renovation, and architectural site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate between site teams, consultants, and clients.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in Karachi. Candidates outside Karachi will not be considered.
