Architectural & Interior Designer (Male Only) – 2D/3D Design, Site Coordination & Walkthroughs

Job Description:

We are looking for a male Architectural and Interior Designer to join our Karachi-based design team, supporting high-end villa renovation projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be experienced in 2D/3D interior design, architectural drawing, walkthrough creation, and site coordination.

This role requires technical skill, creativity, and experience working on real-world projects from concept to execution, including direct coordination with Dubai-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D plans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Produce 3D renders and walkthrough videos with high visual accuracy
• Lead design projects for kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and exteriors
• Coordinate with site teams and vendors to ensure execution accuracy
• Prepare BOQs, presentation decks, and client approval files
• Supervise material selections and ensure finishing standards match designs
• Work on project scheduling, documentation updates, and milestone tracking
• Attend regular team meetings to align on project goals and deliverables

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior/architectural design roles
• Strong understanding of modern UAE-style villa renovations
• Expertise in:
• AutoCAD
• 3ds Max + V-Ray
• Primavera P6 (project scheduling)
• Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office
• Practical knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery details
• Strong project coordination and team communication skills
• Must be based in Karachi and able to work in person at our office

Job Type:

Full-Time (In-Person – Karachi Office)
Working Hours: UAE business hours
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 140,000/month (based on experience)
