About the Role: Our Client is a leading US-base Accounting & Tax firm, having more than 7000 Clients across USA. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Artificial Intelligence and Automation Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining our financial operations by automating workflows, with a heavy focus on Excel and Google Sheets. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between traditional finance tracking and modern automation, helping us eliminate manual data entry, optimize invoicing, and scale our accounting processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Workflow Automation & Integration
• Design, develop, and implement robust automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Power Automate to connect various business applications.
• Advance and optimize spreadsheet capabilities via Google Apps Script, VBA/Macros, and complex formulas.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, or LLM-driven plugins) into existing spreadsheets to extract, categorize, and process financial data automatically.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping Automation
• Automate routine bookkeeping tasks, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Build seamless pipelines between spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave) if required.
• Ensure data integrity and audit-ready accuracy across all automated financial systems.
• Data Entry & Invoicing Management
• Eliminate manual data entry by building automated pipelines for data ingestion and report generation.
• Develop and manage automated invoicing systems that trigger, track, and reconcile client invoices.
• Create dynamic dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel or Looker Studio to provide real-time financial insights.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Automation Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar tech-finance hybrid role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Expert in Artifical Intelligence and can make procsses automate with the help of AI.
• Expert-level mastery of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
• Strong proficiency in Google Apps Script and/or VBA.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with leveraging AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or AI tools for data processing is highly preferred.
• Programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript) is needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail (especially concerning financial data).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
