Description:
The Assessment Specialist will design, implement, and monitor student assessment systems under the ASPIRE project. The consultant will work on frameworks, item banks, and large-scale evaluations to improve education quality. The role requires experience with international standards and proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including policymakers and education officials.
