Assistant Accountant

Babji Manufacturing is looking for a committed Accounts Executive to join their team at the Metroville, Site Area location in Karachi. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 45,000 and 60,000, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is based within the manufacturing sector and involves active participation in financial reporting and vendor management to support the company’s accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with management reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage vendor payments by ensuring timely and precise processing to maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate cash flow records and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial processes and controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as ERP Next, QuickBooks, or SAP is essential.
- Strong analytical skills paired with leadership qualities and effective communication abilities to collaborate efficiently across departments.
