Full job description

Our sister company, PAK Communications, is hiring a Assistant Accounts Officer to join our finance team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a basic understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining company accounts and financial records
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare vouchers and journal entries
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and documentation
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, B.Com, BBA, or a related field preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or any accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Must own a motorcycle

Job Details:

  • Position: Assistant Accounts Officer (Male)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-B
