Manage employee registrations, deletions, and monthly submissions for EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory bodies. Ensure company-wide compliance with labour laws and social welfare regulations.
Draft and review basic legal letters, notices, internal compliance documentation, and support the HR/Admin team in preparing official undertakings and employee-related legal files.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with government officials, vendors, and contractors for fieldwork. Ensure proper implementation of regulations during external operations.
Maintain updated and accurate filing of all legal, compliance, and fieldwork documentation. Ensure proper storage of records for internal use and audit readiness.
Monitor and ensure timely renewal and update of legal licenses, government registrations, and certifications required for business operations.
Provide regular reports and updates to the manager on all government-related tasks, including compliance status, field activity progress, and discrepancies in outdoor operations.
Stay informed about changes in government policies affecting the business and ensure timely implementation across branches or departments.
Ensure timely execution of all assigned indoor and outdoor tasks, including communication with external agencies and departmental coordination.
