Optimus Limited (Franchise of Hertz International) is looking for an Assistant Manager- Finance for their Head Office located in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily collections and record payments in the accounting system
2. Generate and share weekly and monthly AR reports with the management
3. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with operations teams and resolve issues promptly
4. Maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR), including accurate recording of additions, disposals, and calculation and posting of monthly depreciation in the accounting system
5. Assist the Finance Manager in the monthly closing exercise, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are complete and accurate
6. Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentations, schedules and reconciliations
7. Preparation and maintenance of overdue lease reports for all financial institutions
Requirements:
· BS Accounting & Finance or ACCA preferred
· 2–3 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in Accounting Software’s (MS Excel and Quick Books experience preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills

Salary Range: Between 80,000- Rs. 85,000 per month
