AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire AM Alliance for its Marketing Department- Based in Head Office Karachi.

Position: AM Alliance

Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing)

Experience: 3 Years +

Location: DHA Phase 8

Days: Monday - Saturday

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and initiate partnerships with potential alliance partners in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead negotiations and finalize agreements as per company policies and legal compliance.
• Draft, review, and close partnership contracts and MoUs.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment.
• Ensure a minimum number of new alliances and lead maturity targets are met monthly.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
• Drive innovation in brand activations by proposing and executing unique concepts, costumes, props, and partner activities (based on approved plans).
• Ensure brand visibility across all alliance partners through co-branded marketing avenues, events, and activations.
• Track execution timelines of partner campaigns and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
