The Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing plays a vital role in driving the sales and marketing initiatives of the organization, focusing on achieving business targets and expanding market presence. This position requires a strategic approach to develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive while assisting in the planning and implementation of branding and marketing campaigns. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts is essential to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. In addition to executing sales strategies, the Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing handles customer queries and resolves escalated complaints professionally to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. This position requires close coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely product delivery. The incumbent identifies new business opportunities and generates leads to support sales growth, prepares sales reports and forecasts, and actively participates in market visits to maintain follow-up with clients. This role demands at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment and does not involve managing a team.

  • Coordinate effectively with operations, supply chain, and marketing departments to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads to contribute to increased sales volume.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts for review by senior management.
  • Achieve set monthly and annual sales targets as outlined by the company.
  • Conduct regular market visits and maintain consistent follow-up with clients to strengthen customer engagement and trust.
