  4. Given Target Achievement
  5. Sellout Target Achievement
  6. Display maintenance/ Product visibility on the Channel
  7. Make sure the Product availability on the assigned Territory
  8. Payment Collection within time
  9. AR Reconciliation
  10. Eye on Competitors Activates
  11. Arranging time-to-time Product Trainings with the Coordination of the Concern Dept.
  12. Market activities/ Competitors’ feedback to the company on time
  13. Support AFS
  14. Coordination with all concerned departments.
  15. Frequent Visit to Dealers on a Daily basis
  16. Reporting to RSM and NSM.
  17. POP Material Implementations
  18. Timely update to Dealers about the Price and Policies/promotions
  19. Every fortnight, sends Display Picture to HO.
  20. Every fortnight sends SO data to HO.
  21. Sale/Collection/Visit Plan sent to HO at the start of every month.
