We are currently seeking to fill a vital role within our organization – that of the Assistant Manager Sales (For Custom Clearance Services department) at Raaziq International Pvt. Ltd. Located in Karachi. Candidate will be responsible for expanding our custom Clearance business in South region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of import processes, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging market analysis, to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in custom clearance services.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, driving customer retention.
4. Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless delivery of custom clearance services and effective client problem resolution.
5. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
6. Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to optimize profitability while meeting their needs and expectations.
8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities, while also mentoring and coaching sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity, and staying updated on industry regulations, market developments, and best practices in custom clearance services.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sale Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
