Job Summary
Aston Energy is seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our expanding Solar Division. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have proven experience in solar sales, we would like to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Sales (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
