Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Solar (C&I)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager (Solar) to join our growing team.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

• 3–4 years of proven sales experience in the Solar C&I (Commercial & Industrial) segment is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of solar solutions, C&I project sales, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Note: Only candidates with 3–4 years of Solar C&I sales experience will be considered.

Applicants without Solar C&I sales experience are NOT eligible. Please do not apply if you do not meet this mandatory requirement.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
