Assistant Sales Manager (Low Voltage Segment)

About the job

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented sales professional to support the growth of our Low Voltage Components Business across the South Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, strengthening channel partnerships, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the electrical market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Low Voltage Components through direct customers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, consultants, and EPC companies.
• Develop & expand regional dealers and distributors network.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to securing key projects.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, customer requirements and emerging market opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while supporting profitability, collections, and customer retention objectives.

Requirements

• BS Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ BBA or equivalent business qualification. MBA will be an added advantage.
• 4~5 years of sales experience, preferably in Low Voltage Electrical Components & Switchgear, Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation and related electrical products.
• Good understanding of the Pakistan electrical market, particularly Karachi and Sindh industrial and commercial sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B technical sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer’s accounts effectively.
