Assistant – Supply Chain (Record Keeping)

About the Role:

1st Step Shoes and Bags is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Assistant – Supply Chain (Record Keeping) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in supply chain, logistics, or administrative support. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting the supply chain team, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update supply chain records, databases, and logs
• Assist in tracking shipments, inventory levels, and order statuses
• Prepare and file purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to collect and verify data
• Provide general administrative support to the supply chain department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of supply chain processes preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
