Title: Associate Project Manager

Timings: 7pm - 4am PKT (Onsite)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

 

Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of insurance business processes, policies, and regulations.
Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques, business process modelling, and documentation.
Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and familiarity with SDLC processes.
Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the software development project.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Functional Specifications Create clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that outline the desired system behavior and features.
Propose innovative solutions and enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
System Design and Validation Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Validate and verify the system design to ensure it aligns with business needs and requirements.
Test Planning and Execution Assist in test planning, including creating test scenarios and test cases. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure the software meets the defined requirements.
Develop change management plans and support the implementation of changes, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
Documentation and Training Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing user support to ensure successful system implementation.
 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on software development projects, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
