The role requires acting as a strategic learning partner across multiple ventures, focusing on the design and delivery of impactful training programs. You will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) administration and overseeing BPO trainers. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to enhance skill development, process excellence, and overall performance across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new employees and conduct post-training assessments to evaluate effectiveness.
- Organize and facilitate training programs covering communication, soft skills, leadership, and time management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and process-related training sessions aimed at improving service quality.
- Develop and maintain training content, modules, and calendars to ensure structured and timely delivery.
- Manage the LMS by uploading courses, tracking learner progress, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Conduct Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for BPO partners and monitor both ad-hoc and scheduled training activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of all training-related tasks.
- Support campaign-specific training initiatives before and after launch phases.
- Lead training-related projects including agent profiling, hiring support, and assessment processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning and development roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems such as TalentLMS or iSpring.
- Ability to design engaging and effective training content for both classroom and e-learning environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, including BPOs.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in evaluating training effectiveness.
