Auto Sales Executive

ICM Japan is seeking a dedicated Auto Sales Executive to join their team in Karachi, focusing on the export of Japanese used vehicles. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, offering rotating shifts that include morning, evening, and night hours. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of international automotive markets and experience in dealing with international clients. Strong communication skills in English and prior experience in vehicle export or automotive sales are essential. The role involves managing export sales processes, coordinating necessary documentation and logistics, and may require occasional travel. The salary for this position ranges from PKR 60,000 to PKR 120,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales of Japanese used vehicles for export markets.
- Coordinate with international clients through calls and other communication channels to ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Handle all documentation related to vehicle exports, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to arrange timely shipment and delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required by management.
- Participate in market research to stay updated on trends and demands in international automotive markets.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, inspections, or industry events as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in international automotive markets or related fields.
- Proven experience in vehicle export or automotive sales.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours across rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, and nights.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in handling export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
