About the Role

SolveVare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of GoHighLevel and marketing automation concepts, with the ability to build, manage, and optimize workflows that improve lead management, client communication, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with our implementation and operations teams to develop automation solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, test, and maintain GoHighLevel automations and workflows.

* Configure and manage CRM pipelines, opportunities, tags, custom values, and custom fields.

* Create and optimize email, SMS, voicemail, and follow-up campaigns.

* Set up appointment booking systems, calendars, reminders, and automated notifications.

* Design and manage lead nurturing sequences to improve conversion rates.

* Implement workflow triggers, conditional logic, and automation paths.

* Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and Webhooks.

* Configure and troubleshoot integrations with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, and other lead sources.

* Assist in onboarding new clients and migrating existing CRM data.

* Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Diagnose and resolve automation, CRM, and integration issues.

* Maintain accurate documentation of automations and client setups.

* Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions accordingly.

Required Qualifications

* 6 months to 1 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

* Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.

* Experience creating workflows, triggers, campaigns, and automation sequences.

* Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.

* Understanding of email marketing best practices.

* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Zapier and Make.com automation platforms.

* Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks.

* Experience integrating Facebook Lead Ads with CRM systems.

* Familiarity with Twilio, Mailgun, SMTP, and email deliverability.

* Experience building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.

* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

* Experience working with international clients is a plus.
