Role / Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Bancassurance Specialist. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partner banks, promoting life insurance products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, conducting product presentations, managing client queries, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve sales targets and identify key customer opportunities
• Customer relationship management and communication skills for effective client engagement
• Knowledge of life insurance products and financial services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability in dynamic work environments
• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
• Previous experience in a sales or bancassurance role is preferred
