Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee according to company standards.
• Have strong knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Ensure consistency in coffee taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Monitor coffee stock and minimize wastage.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the outlet team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant Barista experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee and coffee preparation techniques is mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
