We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in international sales, and a dedicated work ethic. This role involves engaging with clients across multiple locations, building long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, on-site, and requires working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Use provided data to reach out to clients across various geographic regions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of international experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn new areas and embrace challenges.
- Availability to work night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Experience managing international client accounts is essential.
